Q: Why can’t I review clubs from other schools? A: To maintain authentic reviews, students can only review clubs at their own college.
Q: How do I change my college affiliation? A: Contact support with verification of your new school enrollment.
Q: Can I edit my review once submitted? A: Currently, reviews can only be edited until approved. Once they are approved, you can no longer edit your review.
Q: Why is my review pending? A: All reviews go through a brief moderation process to ensure they meet community guidelines.
Q: How are overall ratings calculated? A: We average the four rating categories (Atmosphere, Engagement, Leadership, Skill Development).
Q: Icons aren’t showing properly A: Clear your browser cache and refresh. We use Bootstrap Icons – ensure your browser is up to date.
